Operations / Contracts Manager – MEP (Residential Focus)

An established and growing MEP building services contractor is seeking an experienced Operations / Contracts Manager to join its senior team during an exciting period of restructure and growth.

With a strong pipeline of residential developments across London, the business is looking for a commercially astute and client-facing professional who can oversee multiple sites while contributing strategically to ongoing company growth.
The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take operational and commercial responsibility for multiple residential MEP projects across London.
Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing multiple live sites across London

Full commercial and contractual oversight of projects
*
Acting as the primary client-facing representative
*
Leading and supporting Project Managers and site teams
*
Ensuring programme delivery, quality control and financial performance
*
Supporting procurement strategy and subcontractor management
*
Contributing to operational improvements following recent business restructure
This role requires someone comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership.
What We are Looking For

Proven experience in an Operations Manager or Contracts Manager role within MEP

Strong residential project experience (essential)

Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously
