Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 11 to 15 years of experience in Scrum management to lead and manage technical change initiatives in Flexcube while ensuring stakeholder engagement and agile value-driven delivery
Job Description
* Lead and manage Flexcube technical change management activities ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Oversee scope and change management processes to maintain project integrity and deliverables
* Identify assess and mitigate risks and crises proactively to minimize impact on project timelines
* Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote valuedriven delivery within Scrum teams
* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes and adherence to agile principles
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in change management and agile practices
* Maintain clear and effective communication channels with stakeholders at all levels
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards related to change and risk management
Roles and Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder management ensuring their expectations are managed and met
* Coordinate and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical changes in the Flexcube environment
* Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to scope change requests and risk assessments
* Lead risk and crisis management efforts including escalation and resolution strategies
* Support agile teams by facilitating scrum ceremonies and removing impediments to delivery
* Monitor and report on progress risks and issues to senior management and stakeholders
* Collaborate with product owners business analysts and technical teams to align change initiatives with business goals
* Mentor and guide junior team members on agile and change management best practices
