This initiative will modernise their legacy systems and transform both their IT infrastructure and operational processes. Role:
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect within Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM to join the programme and provide architectural leadership across a series of transformation and enhancement projects. This is a critical role that will be shaping solutions that align with both immediate business needs and long-term platform strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM platform aligned to business and user requirements.
* Provide solution architecture guidance, integration patterns and platform best practices to delivery teams.
* Ensure technical design assurance for third-party and partner delivered solutions.
* Support low-code/no-code initiatives and advise on scalable configurations.
* Help balance rapid delivery with long-term architectural vision and evolution.
Specific Skills Required:
* Strong background in customer-centric environments with a focus on digital enablement.
* Hands-on experience designing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM solutions.
* Working knowledge of Power Platform and Dynamics integration patterns.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and third-party partners.
