Ocean Infinity is seeking a Project Execution Coordinator to lead the survey department during the execution phase of offshore projects. Working 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off in our Gothenburg operations centre this role is central to ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and adherence to safety and technical standards. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Execution Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams and client representatives to deliver high-quality project outcomes. What will you do: Manage offshore survey operations and onshore personnel and act as OIs representative on site. Be on top of project progress and reporting as well as deviations from budget. Participate in the planning of projects and project start up when needed (SJA, HIRA, HAZID, and HAZOP). Show strong commitment to and be a part of the development of all elements of HSEQ offshore. Be the work leader for the survey department (i.e. online and offline) in the project execution phase. Work across borders at the office to assist clients and serve as OI representative in general. Monitor, measure, and report on survey progress and on technical, operational, and HSE issues. Perform coordination and take ownership of all offshore operations during the execution phase. Give technical and operational advice to survey contractors, on-site representatives, and the project team. Ensure that the operations are carried out according to Ocean Infinity procedures and as specified in the contract. Assist with onboarding and support to contractor PECs as the OI representative. Who you are: We see you as an experienced person from offshore industry with a solid knowledge of offshore geophysical surveys, ROV and AUV knowledge etc, typical backgrounds is mentioned below: Senior Surveyor Senior Geophysicist Senior Field/Survey Engineer Senior CAD/GIS Technician/Data Processor ROV and/Or AUV supervisor Offshore Manager/Party Chief position/Project Manager Relevant industrial, military, or academic experience in a survey related discipline, including relevant management experience Strong understanding of quality management such as standards, regulations and applicable policies and procedures; Good practical experience with office tools: MS Office, Google Drive, Teams, e-mail, among others; Ability to take ownership and engagement in the work; Integrity, credibility and maturity for confidential issues; Ability to work as a trusted advisor with senior stakeholders; Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment; Strong interpersonal and people management skills; Strong communication skills; Ability to work well in a team and independently. Desirable: 5 years of experience in offshore industry with respect to ROV, AUV or other geophysical survey operations, either onshore or offshore is a benefit for the application. Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off - Based at our Operations Centre in Gothenburg, Sweden. Salary for this position: Southampton: Up to £75,000 per annum Gothenburg: Up to 960,000 SEK per annum Salary : The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades.
