About the Company
Our client is a well-established agency with over 25 years of experience, primarily working in the automotive industry. They specialize in organizing events for global brands, known for their innovative and creative solutions, often described as Knickerbocker glory events, with cherries on top!
Role Overview: Account Director
You will have full ownership of a key account, delivering a range of events from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions worth up to £1 million.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the main point of contact for the account.
2. Manage complex events, instruct and train junior staff and freelancers.
3. Handle all challenges related to event execution.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates are experienced Senior Project Managers ready to step into an Account Director role or current Account Directors within an events agency. Previous client-facing experience on major accounts is essential. Experience in the corporate events sector (agency side) is required; automotive sector experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Location & Working Arrangements
This position is based in Oxfordshire, requiring presence in the office 3 days a week (Tue/Wed/Thurs), with Mon & Fri at home. Applicants should ensure this is within a reasonable commute.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary ranges from £47,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a company laptop, mobile, access to company vehicles, and a discretionary bonus typically in four figures.
