What to expect:
* Develop a deep understanding of retail banking and customer needs, learning how products and services are designed, delivered and improved.
* Participate in a 3‑week bootcamp developing your cutting‑edge skills in digital product management, agile methodologies and tools, user experience and data‑driven decision making – underpinned by soft skill development.
* Apply your analytical and technical skills to bring new ideas to life — from digital features to customer experience innovations.
* Work on projects that directly impact customers and communities, supported by experts who’ll help you grow your skills and confidence.
* Spend time in our branch network, understanding customer pain points and improvements needed, enabling you to solve them as you move into our central teams.
* 4 rotations across the UK Retail business in various teams, directly supporting the largest division in Santander UK.
* Take part in structured learning and development, blending business insight, leadership training and hands‑on experience across different teams.
* Study toward becoming an AI Transformation Specialist.
What you will do:
* Data Analysis: Use advanced tools to identify market trends and evaluate the performance of our products.
* Market Research: Conduct studies to better understand our customers and analyze competitor strategies.
* Product Development: Participate in the development of large‑scale digital banking products (deposits, loans, mortgages, etc.), ensuring they exceed customer expectations and market trends.
* User Testing: Conduct tests with the responsible team to obtain feedback for continuous improvement of the products in development.
* Project Management: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet established objectives.
* Product Optimization: Analyze product performance and propose improvements to optimize the customer experience.
Requirements
We’re looking for customer‑centric individuals who are passionate about technology, people, problem solving and keen to transform the world around us.
* University Degree: Recent STEM graduate or degree disciplines aligned to product design, business analytics, business studies or economics.
* Skills: Analytical ability, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork.
* Global Environment: Be part of an international network of like‑hearted professionals and collaborate with them.
* Impact: Contribute to the digital transformation of Banco Santander and the revolution of the financial sector.
