We're currently supporting their Payments Change team in the search for an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-impact transformation programme in the payments acquiring space. This is a chance to work across high-profile projects supporting technology-driven change within a business that handles payment transactions for over 30% of the UK high street. You'll work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and delivery leads to shape the next generation of payment solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will: Lead the gathering and documentation of requirements for small to medium projects or workstreams. Facilitate workshops and drive discussions between technical and non-technical teams. Support end-to-end project delivery through Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Define and manage user stories in Jira, ensuring traceability and clear alignment with business goals. Present insights, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and delivery teams. Ensure all activity aligns with regulatory requirements and internal governance processes. What we're looking for: Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation experience. Familiarity with Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and Waterfall delivery models. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, structured approach to problem-solving. Understanding of data transfer, API integration, and cloud-based applications. Nice to have: Working knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools. Experience in financial services, banking, or payment technologies. An interest in financial regulation and digital transformation.
