We are seeking an Early Years SEND Support Adviser to join our forward-thinking Early Years Inclusion team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood development, inclusion, and making a real difference for children with SEND and their families. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting children with SEND in Early Years provisions, ensuring they can access inclusive and high-quality learning. Working with families, practitioners, and professionals to develop strategies that promote inclusion and meet children’s individual needs. Offering advice, guidance, and training to Early Years providers on SEND best practice. Helping to identify and reduce barriers to learning and development, supporting smooth transitions. Contributing to monitoring, planning, and reviews to ensure children make the best possible progress.
