To manage the Long Term Conditions programme within the CBT Training department including all aspects of trainee recruitment and assessment. To manage the teaching programme and ensure the programme is consistent with the National Curriculum.
Main duties of the job
Communicate with National professional bodies including the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies and NHS England regarding the programme
Communicate and work with clinical leads of NHS talking therapy services across London regarding the programme and trainee progress through the programme
Ensure that all aspects of teh programme are consistent with the National Curriculum and identify and implement quality assurance

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
1. S/he will assist the CBT Programme director in maintaining an overview of trainees on the CBT course, including their completion of relevant University academic requirements.
2. S/he will participate in Exam Board meetings.
3. Where delegated and agreed, S/he will be responsible for assisting the course director in coordinating/ ensuring the production of the CBT course prospectus, regulation handbook, advertising etc.
4. S/he will assist the CBT Programme director with the cohort(s) of the High Intensity CBT programme per academic year depending upon current contracts with Health education England.
5. S/he will deliver lectures, supervise trainees and serve as personal advisor, in conjunction with other CBT Course staff.
6. S/he will moderate marked assignments as part of the academic assessment process in line with university and Health Education England requirements.
7. S/he will assist attend regular CBT Course tutor and supervisor’s meetings.
8. S/he will participate in interviewing selection panels for CBT Course applicants.
