About You
You will be part of a dedicated team of BIM professionals delivering high-quality project outputs. Client care and repeat business are vital, so you should excel at developing and maintaining client relationships.
* Ensure team compliance with quality management, standards, and best practices
* Mentor BIM Information Managers and Graduates
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate delivery of federated 3D models and BIM data, including COBie
* Develop and mentor early-career staff and improve departmental capabilities
* Manage BIM in small to medium projects, overseeing time, cost, quality, and client relations
* Champion quality and compliance controls
* Be a member of relevant professional bodies (e.g., RIBA, ICE)
* Experience in delivering multi-disciplinary projects across sectors
* Manage teams from apprentices to BIM coordinators and technicians
