Working part-time 22.5 hours a week, you will support the provision of psychology services in a specified area, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and under the supervision of a Senior/Principal/Consultant or Lead Psychologist.
As a Psychologist, you will have experience and knowledge in managing a service user’s caseload, including assessing complex needs and delivering specialist psychological treatments to support care plans.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Participating fully with the multidisciplinary team and ensuring patient engagement in their care pathway.
* Supporting clinical team working, including direct interventions and staff training programs.
* Developing new initiatives and ways of working within the service area.
* Collaborating with internal and external agencies to enhance treatment pathways.
* Developing and managing groupwork programs and innovative therapeutic approaches, with appropriate outcome measures.
* Maintaining high standards of professional practice and ethics, complying with clinical governance standards.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Doctorate level qualification in applied psychology, registered with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist.
* Experience working with clients with complex needs relevant to the service population.
* Skills in psychological assessment and formulation, with a willingness to learn new assessment methods.
* Competency in risk assessment/management tools and formulation.
* Experience in clinical therapy modalities.
