We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to own and evolve our M365 environment, ensuring it’s secure, well-governed and genuinely useful for the people who rely on it every day.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing and optimising Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
* Supporting identity, access and security controls across the M365 estate
* Improving collaboration, information management and user experience
* Troubleshooting complex issues and acting as a subject-matter expert
* Working closely with IT, security and stakeholders to deliver reliable services
What we’re looking for
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
* Solid understanding of security, compliance, and data protection within M365
* Experience supporting users at scale in a structured organisation
* Clear communicator who can balance technical detail with real-world usability
* Someone who enjoys improving platforms, not just keeping the lights on
