We are expanding our Customer Success Team at our Leicester office due to continued growth. This presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Success Specialist to ensure excellent service standards for our Yu Energy customers.

What We Need from Yü
* Provide solutions to customer enquiries, aiming for first contact resolution.
* Resolve customer accounts within service level agreements.
* Support the collection and maintenance of customer data.
* Understand and utilize available systems and processes.
* Monitor, escalate, and update on customer issues as needed.
* Create accurate records to facilitate timely resolution.
* Collaborate with non-customer facing teams for complex enquiries.
* Proactively recognize opportunities for payments and sales.
* Manage customer satisfaction, escalations, and complaints, including those referred to Ombudsman and EHU.
* Handle change of tenancy requests accurately.
* Manage and close account renewals, meter upgrades, and payment plans as per KPIs.
