What youll be doing as anImport/Export Coordinator:
Owning end-to-end coordination of time-critical shipments working nights
Managing jobs from booking through to delivery (including customs clearance)
Working closely with customers, hauliers, and internal teams
Handling Import & Export shipments from start to finish
Monitoring KPIs and ensuring top-tier service delivery
Resolving operational challenges quickly and efficiently
Supporting business growth through client engagement and follow-ups
