Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am-5.15pm Friday 8.30am-4.15pm (3 days working from home, 2 days in the office)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Specialist to become an integral part of our Customer Support team in the engineering sector. You will be the expert helping installers, specifiers, and end users with our top-tier heating and plumbing systems. If you love solving problems and providing excellent customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
* Provide expert office-based technical support via phone and email to homeowners, merchants, and installers.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
* Offer active technical support to sales and marketing teams.
* Guide users in navigating various software applications.
* Stay informed on the latest product ranges and industry movements.
* Collaborate with installers to resolve system performance and installation issues, including on-site visits as needed.
* Monitor product installation issues and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
* Deliver excellent customer experiences and thorough site reports for each visit.
* Support the return of faulty goods for further investigation.
What Will You Need?
* Technical understanding of plumbing and heating systems, with hands-on experience.
* Strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
* Energetic self-starter who thrives in a team environment.
* Confident communicator, able to explain technical information clearly to all audiences.
* Willingness to occasionally visit customer sites as required.
