Assistant Lettings Manager – Residential Lettings, Colchester, Beresfords Group
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join one of our ‘flagship’ branches as part of a highly successful lettings team. The role will deputise for the Lettings Manager when they are out of the office and provide pivotal support to the rest of the team on a daily basis. This position is suitable for a Senior Lettings Consultant looking to advance to management or someone currently in a management role seeking better development and earning potential.
Responsibilities
* Deputise for the Lettings Manager when they are out of the office and provide leadership to the lettings team on a daily basis.
* Lead and motivate the team to maintain individual and collective performance to the required standard.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth lettings operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years present and consistent experience within Residential Lettings is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
* IT proficient; familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly.
* Accuracy and a strong attention to detail is essential.
* Pro-active approach within a fast-paced environment.
* A strong desire and ability to lead and motivate an enthusiastic lettings team and maintain performance to the required level.
* A full UK driving license is required to fulfil this role.
Salary & Benefits

A generous remuneration package includes a basic salary of circa £20,000-£22,000 p/a, plus commission and bonuses. Company car or car allowance, Realistic OTE circa £32,000-£35,000 p/a.
Hours of Work
A 5-day week: Mondays to Thursdays 8:30am–6:00pm, Fridays 8:30am–5:30pm and Saturdays 9:00am–4:00pm. When Saturdays are worked, a day off is taken during the week.
