Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Manufacturing
Location: Permanent, Sidcup UK, site-based with occasional UK travel

Role Overview:
As Senior People and Culture (P & C) Business Partner, reporting to the Director, People and Culture, Customer Service & Supply Chain, you will oversee the People Plan activities and labour relations at the Sidcup Manufacturing Site.
What You Will Do:
* Develop and execute people and culture strategies aligned with business goals
* Lead talent management and succession planning initiatives
* Promote Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity programs
* Support employee engagement and the Engagement Action Plan
* Build and maintain strong union relationships and lead pay negotiations
* Assist with recruitment, disciplinary cases, and absence management
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in a senior HR role within Manufacturing or FMCG sectors
* Extensive experience working with Trade Unions
* Strategic and operational thinking skills
* Relevant postgraduate university degree
* Strong communication, organisation, and data analytical skills
* Integrity, discretion, and diplomacy
* Team player committed to delivering high-quality results
