Overview
We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level field-based role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their direct sales skills and gain hands-on experience in face-to-face customer engagement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, engaging with potential customers in residential and/or commercial areas, and contributing directly to the growth of the organisation. A proactive attitude, resilience, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Duties
* Conduct visits in assigned territories to introduce and promote clients products and services.
* Identify and engage potential customers through face-to-face interaction.
* Clearly explain product benefits, answer questions, and handle objections confidently.
* Generate and qualify leads, booking appointments or closing sales where appropriate.
* Maintain accurate records of daily activity, leads, and sales
* Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
* Represent the company professionally at all times
* Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to develop sales techniques and product knowledge.
Experience
* Previous experience in sales, direct sales, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* High level of self-motivation and resilience in handling rejection.
* Ability to work independently
* Organised and disciplined with good time management skills.
* Willingness to learn.
