We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising our online sales platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise product listings across various e-commerce platforms to ensure maximum visibility and sales performance.
* Conduct regular analysis of website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and paid advertising.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing returns or exchanges efficiently.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our e-commerce strategies competitive.
* Assist in the development of promotional content, including product descriptions, images, and videos that engage customers.
Requirements
* Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing is preferred.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, SEO tools).
* Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in driving e-commerce sales is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
