Job Description

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at Sobi, you will drive the success of our specialised brands across a defined territory. You will take full ownership for developing and executing strategic key account plans, building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring patient access to our therapies.

Working cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical, and Patient Access teams, you will use your deep customer insights and market knowledge to deliver impactful results.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you will combine strategic thinking, customer engagement, and a strong sense of purpose to make a real difference for patients living with rare diseases.

The position is a Field based role focusing on North Wales, Northern England and Scotland, reporting to Sales Director Specialty Care - UK & IE

Your Impact Will Include


* Delivery of agreed business and sales goals through smart, compliant activities within your defined territory.
* Management and optimisation of customer interactions through face-to-face meetings and multiple channels to build lasting partnerships.
* Leading account and brand plan execution, adapting activities based on results and insights to ensure continuous business growth.
* Building and maintenance of strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key healthcare stakeholders.
* Sharing of market intelligence and best practices internally to drive collective success.
* Developing a deep understanding of both local and national market dynamics, and leverage customer insights to shape your strategies.
* Identification and maximizing opportunities within the NHS and private sector, always keeping the patient’s access to treatment at the heart of your actions.
* Drive effective use of the Veeva CRM system to monitor and enhance your performance and outcomes.

About you

You are a passionate and driven sales professional who loves a challenge and thrives in a specialised, high-science environment. You combine strategic thinking with strong customer focus and operational excellence. You understand that success in rare diseases requires creativity, persistence, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to patient access.

We Are Seeking a High-energy, Self-starting Sales Professional Who

* Has more than 5 years of demonstrable success in specialised secondary care sales, ideally in Haematology or related therapy areas.
* Is skilled in building effective networks across all levels of the NHS, with a profound knowledge of local healthcare and reimbursement systems.
* Thrives in a dynamic, agile, cross-functional environment and is motivated to think creatively and work beyond the ordinary.
* Is confident, proactive, solution-focused, and a true team player.
* Possesses excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and is fluent in English.
* Is highly IT-literate, including experience with MS Office and Veeva CRM systems.
* Brings a leadership mindset with ownership and accountability for territory outcomes.
* A full UK driving license

Highly Desirable

* Recent experience in Lymphoma or Non-Malignant Haematology.
* Product launch experience within high-science, specialty medicine.
* Background in rare, orphan diseases or experience within smaller, agile organisations.
