Key Responsibilities
* Attend regular brainstorms with the commercial podcast team to generate bold, multi‑podcast creative concepts and help bring them to life.
* Develop relationships with podcast talent and producers, shaping ideas that resonate with individual voices.
* Support the delivery of podcast sponsorship, host reads, and branded content campaigns from briefing through production and final approval.
* Create integrated branded content scripts for handoff to internal and external production teams.
* Review and quality‑check briefing documents, ensuring all required information is in place.
* Manage copy clearance and approval workflows with internal teams and producers.
* Maintain accurate creative status trackers and keep the wider team informed.
* Deliver weekly reports and post‑campaign analysis for SoundCloud advertising clients and agencies.
* Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities across SoundCloud activity.
* Liaise with ad ops teams to traffic ads and verify assets meet spec.
* Work with the SoundCloud team to calculate monthly reconciliations and ensure accurate billing and final reporting.

What You’ll Need
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a creative production, operations, or project management role – ideally in media, audio, or digital advertising.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines.
* Confident communicator with cross‑functional collaboration experience.
* Proficient in tracking tools, reporting, and basic data handling.
* Experience with audio or podcast campaigns is a strong advantage.
