About The Role
Gordon's School is seeking a Co-curricular Co-ordinator to join the Co-curricular department from September 2025.
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Co-Curricular areas of the school. The role includes ensuring a full programme of activities, allocating students to these activities, and managing the trips and visits paperwork distribution.
The Co-curricular Co-ordinator will oversee all aspects of the Co-Curricular Activity Programme, including creating the programme, monitoring and reporting on facilities, transport, attendance, registration, and staffing. They will also support the Education Visits Co-ordinator (EVC) by coordinating and administering trips and visits.
The ideal candidate will have experience in writing risk assessments, using databases, and possess strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
The working hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, plus 8am to 1pm on Saturdays when the school is in session (approximately 25 Saturdays per year), and include 10 additional days during term time.
