As a PMO Manager, you will play a central role in programme governance, control, and reporting. You will support the Programme Readiness Lead and programme leadership team to ensure high-quality delivery, strong governance, and effective stakeholder engagement across a large-scale, cross-functional transformation environment.
What you'll be doing
* Programme plan management, standards, governance and escalation
* Facilitate programme change control and RAID management
* Prepare and deliver internal and external programme performance reporting
* Manage programme governance processes and associated tooling
* Coordinate external assurance engagements and AW Quality Gate submissions
* Liaise with stakeholders to communicate progress and track actions
* Support risk assessment and build confidence in delivery timelines
* Develop programme templates, standards and reporting frameworks
* Manage SharePoint repositories and programme documentation
* Coach project teams on governance, documentation, and PMO best practice
* Analyse resource and delivery plans to maximise delivery outcomes
* Manage onboarding activities for programme resources
What we’re looking for
* Project management qualification or PMO experience
* Strong understanding of programme governance and delivery methodologies
* Experience analysing complex datasets and producing clear reporting
* Skilled in RAID management and change control
* Experience coordinating governance forums and assurance activityStrong stakeholder management and influencing ability
* High proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and SharePoint
* Ability to coach others and drive adherence to standards
