Fierté Multi-Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join Anker Valley Primary Academy. Anker Valley Primary Academy is open for Nursery- Year 4 children, growing year-on-year up to Year 6. In September 2025, we welcome applications who will work closely with the Year One Class Teacher to provide an enriched learning journey for children in the newly established community.

Safeguarding
Fierté Multi-Academy Trust and Anker Valley Primary Academy are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people/vulnerable adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This position is subject to a criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB) which will require you to disclose details of all unspent and unfiltered spent reprimands, formal warnings, cautions and convictions as part of the recruitment process. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a self-declaration of their criminal record and other relevant safeguarding information that may make them unsuitable to work with children.
