Why this role matters

This mid-market sales role puts you in the virtual room with senior decision-makers across agribusiness. You’ll own the full sales cycle - prospecting, pipeline, and close - across ANZ, with ~120-day cycles. It’s complex SaaS, made simple and valuable for customers.

What you'll do

* Own the entire sales journey - from outreach to close
* Prospect, qualify, and build a healthy pipeline of ANZ mid-market accounts
* Sell strategically to senior stakeholders in agribusiness/food production
* Collaborate with Product, Marketing & CS to drive Onside’s success
* Operate with autonomy, influence outcomes and act like an owner


What you bring

* Full-cycle SaaS sales experience, in mid-market or commercial segments
* Fluency in SaaS fundamentals - ARR, MRR, subscription models, solution selling
* Confidence solving complex customer problems with software - and making it simple for the customer
* Drive to prospect, commercial sharpness, and a track-record of closing quality deals
* High standards, high ownership, and a hunger to grow alongside other high-performers
