Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with a keen understanding of food safety standards. As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests while managing kitchen operations efficiently. This position requires creativity, leadership, and a commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu specification and standards.
* Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed in the kitchen.
* Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Due to the nature of the role this position is open to over 18s only.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant environment.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
* Excellent culinary skills with a passion for food production and presentation.
* Ability to manage a team effectively, fostering a positive work environment.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
* A creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes and menus.
