Job Description As a Flow Room Technician, you'll partner with the on-site operations team, ensuring the smooth system and product flow to exceed operational KPIs across designated areas, working closely with warehouse operatives, flow room colleagues, shift and section managers, supervisors, trainee supervisors and the IT, and engineering teams. With a lead technician, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the systems, reporting any faults, prioritising waves in line with the daily plan, and providing recommendations to optimise operations. You will also be analysing data in real-time, capturing data from our systems into trackers, monitoring forecasts, and investigating and communicating risks and missed targets to the lead technician. Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off rotation Days/Nights
