As a Donor Relations Executive, you'll play a vital role in helping us deliver exceptional experiences for the supporters whose generosity powers our lifesaving research. You'll provide essential administrative, logistical and delivery support across the Donor Relations programme, working closely with colleagues across the Philanthropy Directorate. From coordinating stewardship activity under the guidance of the Donor Relations team, to keeping supporter information accurate and up to date, you'll help ensure every donor feels valued, recognised and connected to the impact they make. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same-you'll support projects, manage key processes, collaborate across teams and play an important role in ensuring our stewardship activity runs accurately, smoothly and on time. You'll be joining a supportive, passionate team that champions creativity, excellence and meaningful supporter engagement. What you'll be doing Providing administrative and logistical support across the Donor Relations programme and wider Philanthropy Directorate. Coordinating aspects of donor journeys, working closely with internal partners and escalating issues or risks to senior colleagues when needed. Maintaining process documents, supporting consistent ways of working, improving team systems and contributing to discrete projects. Ensuring accurate CRM record‑keeping and capturing all relevant supporter interactions. Handling essential team admin-diary coordination, agendas, minutes, travel logistics, printing, posting and preparing stewardship gifts. Supporting core stewardship activity including thanking, receipting and impact reporting. Managing shared inboxes and administering senior leadership messaging programmes (Festive, Lunar New Year, Honours). Coordinating donor recognition across the Annual Report & Accounts and campaign materials. Contributing to directorate‑wide initiatives and championing equality, diversity and inclusion in all decisions. What are we looking for? Excellent administration skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stay calm under pressure. Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to build effective working relationships. Clear, confident written and verbal communication across a range of audiences. High IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, CRM/database experience, and familiarity with design software such as Canva Pro. Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and a systematic approach to your work. Ability to digest information quickly, research effectively and make sound recommendations when needed. Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. This role would suit someone looking to build strong experience in supporter engagement, administration or stakeholder support.
