We are one of the UK's leading suppliers of Waterproofing solutions, predominantly for flat roofs and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Operations Support to join our team in Poole. You will be greeting our customers face to face and process their collection orders within our collection point cabin.
This is a permanent position offering an annual salary of £25-28,000.00.
Working hours: 39 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm / Fri 9.00am - 4.00pm
Key Responsibilities:
· To process sales and purchase orders
· To input orders into the computer processing system
· Deal directly with customers by telephone, electronically and face to face
· Liaise with contractors and customers on issues of order progress etc.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and to handle and resolve complaints
· Keeping the databases up to date
· Assist with credit control
· Invoicing
Requirements
Essential:
· Good IT/Microsoft skills
· Face to face customer service
· Good telephone manner
· Attention to detail
Desired:
· Experience with order processing and card payment machine
· Experience with CRM Systems and invoicing software
