Job Title: Paint Sprayer

Rate: Up to £40k per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30 (Flexible working hours)
Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer who wants to work for an exciting, world‑leading company? We are looking for a Paint Sprayer who is hardworking with great attention to detail within the manufacturing industry.
Paint Sprayer Responsibilities:
* Prepare and apply paint coatings on components and structures.
* Ensure high‑quality finishes, adhering to strict industry standards and specific specifications.
* Inspect surfaces for cleanliness, smoothness, and defects before and after painting.
* Mix paints, primers, and other coatings to achieve desired colours, finishes, and consistency.
* Follow detailed work instructions, and technical drawings.
* Maintain spray booths, equipment, and tools in good working order, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
The Paint Sprayer Should have the following skills and experience:
* Experience in paint spraying (ideally within the aerospace or manufacturing industries)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver precision work in a high‑quality manufacturing environment.
* Proficient in the use of paint spray guns, and other paint application tools.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Familiarity with various paint types and their proper application methods.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
