🚀 B2C Sales & Renewals Executive

📍 London | Hybrid (60/40)

🌟 About the Role

As a B2C Sales & Renewals Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience across the full sales and renewal journey. You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, manage customer email enquiries, and ensure every interaction is accurate, professional and customer-focused.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting the details right.


🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

* Proactively contacting prospects and existing customers to convert pipeline opportunities, manage renewals and identify upsell potential
* Handling inbound customer calls relating to sales, renewals and retention
* Managing customer email communications clearly and efficiently
* Owning the full renewal lifecycle and ensuring customers are informed in advance
* Processing sales orders and renewals accurately, maintaining strong CRM data integrity
* Building trusted customer relationships through personalised support
* Collaborating with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Billing and Product teams
* Tracking and reporting on key sales, renewal and customer satisfaction metrics
* Upholding high standards of professionalism across all customer interactions


✅ What We’re Looking For

* Experience in a sales, customer service or customer-facing role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities confidently
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* A customer-first mindset with a focus on long-term relationships
* Experience with renewals, upselling or account management is a plus
