We're supporting a major UK retail organisation in the search for a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores across the Bath and Somerset region. This is a high-profile role with full accountability for people, standards, performance, and commercial results.
What you'll be doing
* Leading a group of store managers to deliver outstanding commercial performance.
* Driving operational excellence across all stores in your region.
* Coaching, developing, and building high-performing teams.
* Identifying growth opportunities and improving store profitability.
* Working closely with senior leadership to deliver company-wide strategies.
