Vehicle Preparation & Merchandising Assistant - Aston Martin & Bentley
Job Summary
As a Merchandising Assistant working at our Aston Martin & Bentley dealership in Leeds, you will ensure vehicles are photographed in line with brand and JCT600 requirements, uploading the imagery to the appropriate platforms along with additional information and specifications relevant to the vehicles.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Ensuring all vehicles are photographed in a timely manner to Brand and JCT600 digital guidelines.
* Ensuring all vehicles are uploaded to the relevant platforms with the vehicles background history and specifications.
* Effectively liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that vehicles are prepared and ready for imaging within agreed timescales.
* Reviewing diaries and requirements to aid the timely manner of vehicles being available to view on all sales platforms.
* Supporting the wider Preparation Centre team with progressing customer vehicles in times of high volume work and/or absence within the wider team.
* Maintaining and ensure the integrity of all documentation.
* 100% pass rate of Brand tests and audits.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience of electronic imagery equipment.
* Exceptional organisational skills and prioritisation skills, with the ability to multi-task.
* A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
* Previous experience of working within a motor retail dealership within the Sales or Service departments is desirable.
* Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Capable of conversing with others pleasantly, clearly and effectively.
* Ability to be assertive when required.
* A driving license free from excessive penalties.
