We are partnering with a growing hospitality business looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment activity across the organisation during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
This is a high-impact role, working closely with operational and corporate stakeholders to improve hiring capability, strengthen recruitment processes, and build scalable talent strategies across both frontline and head office populations.
The environment is fast-paced, commercially driven, and highly people-focused, requiring someone who is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
The Role
You will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment function, partnering with senior leaders to attract and secure high-quality talent across multiple business areas.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment across operational and corporate functions
* Partnering with hiring managers to improve hiring quality and process effectiveness
* Building proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume and specialist hiring
* Developing employer brand and candidate experience initiatives
* Driving recruitment reporting, market insights, and hiring analytics
* Supporting workforce planning and future talent pipelining
* Reviewing and improving recruitment processes, systems, and ways of working
* Managing agency relationships and driving direct hiring capability
About You
* Proven Talent Acquisition experience within hospitality, retail, leisure, or similarly fast-moving environments
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
* Experience managing high-volume recruitment alongside specialist hiring
* Commercially minded with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach
* Comfortable operating in evolving and fast-paced businesses
* Strong understanding of recruitment data, market mapping, and sourcing strategies
* Experience improving recruitment processes and candidate experience
