Overview
Pegasus Group invites applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. Join the Biodiversity team in our Bristol office and work on a variety of ecological projects for diverse clients. This scheme provides valuable exposure and a supportive training environment to start your career in environmental consultancy.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Biodiversity team to support ecological projects across sectors (infrastructure, residential, commercial, renewable energy).
* Contribute to high-quality advice and service for multiple clients at once, as part of your development on the Graduate Training Scheme.
* Assist with managing aspects of projects across a range of clients and sectors.
Qualifications
* Relevant degree in Ecology or a related environmental discipline.
* Demonstrate a logical and analytical approach.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to use initiative and think creatively.
* Work experience in Biodiversity is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided on the job.
