The Home
Braefield Court Residential Home a is registered service consisting of seven self contained ground floor apartments. Braefield Court supports adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Behaviours that may challenge.
The Role
Required to co-ordinate and organise all social and recreational activity. To plan, implement and evaluate social activities across the home in order to improve mental and emotional well being and quality of life of residents.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare, plan, and deliver recreational and occupational activities.
* Ensure effective and timely record keeping.
* Contribute to surveys, audit and clinical research projects assisting with collection, analysis, and presentation of data.
* Observe and monitors the wellbeing of residents.
You will need:
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a good standard of English.
* Experience will have been gained within an elderly care environment.
* Problem solving skills.
* Communication skills.
* Creative thinking skills.
