The job will involve line management of admin staff, rota coordination & management and project support. There will be close collaboratively working with medical, nursing, managerial and admin team in Obstetrics and Gynaecology services.

16. Experience of relevant NHS operational management
17. Staff management experience
18. Able to analyse and interpret complex information
19. Evidence of delivering on objectives
Desirable criteria
20. Experience of rota management
21. Experience of successfully managing a budget
22. Experience of using Medirota and/or Healthrota
Knowledge
Essential criteria
23. Ability to work collaboratively with staff across various multiple staff groups
Education, Qualification & Training
Essential criteria
24. Education and training to degree level or equivalent experience
Desirable criteria
25. Recognised leadership and/or management qualification or equivalent
Skills, Abilities & Knowledge

26. Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
27. Detailed knowledge of the national targets and standards (Cancer, RTT, DM01)
28. Up-to-date knowledge of NHS policy
29. Ability to cope with large workloads, work under pressure and meet deadlines

32. Ability to work collaboratively with staff across various multiple staff groups.

33. Knowledge in the use of systems to produce reports.
