Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker at our Granville Rd project N22. We currently have Full and Part-Time roles available. Full-Time 37 hrs a week salary: £23,582pa
Vibrance is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex.
About the Support Worker role:
You don’t need to have previous experience working in care or support to be successful in this role. What matters are your values, your passion and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities.
You Must be willing to work Friday, Saturday and Sundays including sleep over shifts.
* Support customers with personal care
* Medication administration
* Support to attend health & medical appointments
* Support to maintain home environment: Cleaning/laundry
* Support with preparation of meals and cooking
* Support with independent living skills
* Support to access the community for activities and shopping
* Carry out key working duties which includes updating support plans, risk assessments and support guidelines.
* Able to work a variety of shifts including, mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep ins.

* Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
