Job Description:
Recruit 121 is currently looking for an experienced SAP SCM Consultant to support a global S/4HANA rollout into a newly merged UK manufacturing site.
You’ll play a key local role—bridging between the UK business teams and global SAP leads—ensuring smooth delivery through fit-gap analysis, UAT, and Go-Live. This role requires someone hands-on, proactive, and confident in advising the business on SAP process capabilities and limitations.

? Key Skills & Experience:
* Deep SAP SCM expertise – especially PP and MM
* 2+ full lifecycle implementations and rollout experience
* Strong techno-functional background (ideally ex-ABAP or strong debugging skills)
* Experience with S/4HANA or ECC
* Confident leading workshops and bridging business & IT
* Fluent in English with excellent stakeholder communication
* Bonus: Experience with API/EDI, Fiori, and other SCM modules (SD, IM)
