Position:Gas Service Engineer
Location:Stoke-on-Trent, UK
Job Type:Permanent
Salary:£30 000 - £32 000
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with commercial and domestic customers on site.
* Customer service engaging with customers in a professional manner.
* Investigating and diagnosing issues via site surveys.
* Advising customers as to solutions and implementing accordingly, this may include:Drain clearance, De-scaling and root cutting, Performing minor excavations and patch lining Preventative maintenance
* Use of high-pressure water jetters, CCTV camera survey equipment and rods.
* Identifying potential concerns and making recommendations to customers for additional work.
* Interpret and work with drainage drawings, operating independently in areas of expertise.
* Review and adhere to project-specific risk assessment and method statements (RAMS) before commencing work.
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Driving Brand awareness through professional appearance, interactions and technical knowledge.
* Sharing knowledge and best practice with colleagues.
* Making recommendations to the Regional Development Managers to the success of the region.
