Role Description
Managing Partner – Altiatech Launchpad Programme
Location: Remote | Ownership: 49% Equity | Salary: Profit-share model
Start Date: Immediate
Altiatech is building the next wave of high-growth specialist technology companies—and we’re looking for entrepreneurial leaders to run them. Through our Launchpad programme, we’re spinning out 12 new companies in AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Microsoft Licensing, SaaS, and more. Each business will have its own brand, autonomy, and go-to-market strategy—backed by Altiatech’s infrastructure, marketing, systems, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading your own business unit under the Altiatech umbrella
* Building and executing a customer-focused go-to-market plan
* Delivering profitable growth in line with your business stream (e.g., Altia-Cyber, Altia-365, Qwantro, etc.)
* Closing an initial deal of £100,000+ as part of your onboarding milestone
* Shaping strategy, partnerships, and operations
* Hiring and managing delivery or technical resources
* Creating IP, assets, and content that differentiate your unit
* Reporting into the Altiatech Board on KPIs, financials, and delivery
Who We’re Looking For
* Someone with a proven record of closing six-figure technology deals
* Background in Cloud, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, SaaS, or Infrastructure
* 10+ years in tech, with experience in leadership, sales, or solution design
* Strategic and commercial thinker with hands‑on execution capability
* Already has a network of clients, prospects, or pipeline they can activate
* Strong communication, planning, and team management skills
* Hungry to build, own, and scale something that matters
* UK‑based or aligned with UK time zones
