This is an exciting opportunity to join our Halfords Garage Services team at one of our new Fusion centres, equipped with the latest facilities to provide a first-class customer experience and a great working environment. As an Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the Centre Manager to provide effective management and leadership, focusing on driving profitability and enhancing the customer journey.
Ideally, you will have hands-on experience as a mechanic, as you will divide your time between the workshop, working alongside technicians, and assisting with daily sales and customer service. If you are passionate about customer experience, driven to improve business performance, and seeking a long-term career with progression and training opportunities, this could be the perfect role for you.
**Salary and Benefits:**
* Maximum salary: £33,100 per annum
* Average uncapped bonus: £7,100 per year (potential to earn more)
* Working week: 5 days

* Good time management skills
* A valid driving license
