Your clinical duties would include: - Provide general medical services in accordance with the GMS contract. Conduct patient consultations, face-to-face, telephone, and the occasional home visit where appropriate. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Promote health education and preventative medicine.
Undertake clinical procedures within scope of competence. Process laboratory results and hospital letters (which have been triaged to reduce to bare minimum) Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using SystmOne Follow agreed protocols and guidelines (e.g. NICE). Team and Collaboration: - Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
Participate in practice meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Support supervision and training of medical students, registrars, or other staff if applicable.
