Position Overview:
Catalyst Partners are delighted to be partnering with a leading insurance firm who are seeking a highly analytical Reward Analyst to join their brilliant team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to expand their expertise in Reward within a global, fast-paced environment. If you've spent 1–2 years in a broad Reward position and are eager to elevate your career, this role offers hands-on experience with cyclical Reward processes as well as involvement in strategic international projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a key point of contact for employee and stakeholder inquiries related to compensation and benefits, offering expert advice and guidance.
* Contribute to the annual reward cycle, including salary benchmarking, compensation review, and management of company-wide share incentive plans.
* Take ownership of preparing, analysing, and validating data for the annual pay review process, ensuring consistency with internal frameworks and budgetary limits.
* Carry out in-depth Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting, delivering insights that inform equitable pay practices and diversity strategies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, process documentation, and detailed reports using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
* Collaborate on the creation and implementation of flexible benefits offerings, ensuring alignment with employee needs and business goals.
* Draft clear and engaging communication materials to support benefit and wellbeing initiatives.
* Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting and insights to support decision-making across the People function.
* Contribute to positioning the Reward function as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert within the organisation.
Desired Experience:
* Solid grounding in a generalist Reward or Compensation & Benefits role.
* Confident working with large datasets and conducting data modelling and analysis.
* Skilled in managing time effectively while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
