Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting our leadership team with administrative, financial, and operational coordination.
Responsibilities
Office & Operations Management
* Oversee daily office operations and administrive processes
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
* Coordinate facilities management
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements
* Maintain company policies, procedures, and documentation
Financial & Administrative Support
* Expense tracking
* Generating Purchase Orders
* Provide support with financial reporting
Personal Assistant Support
* Providing personal support to Directors
* Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence to optimise their time
HR & People Support
* Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding
* Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment regulations
* Support performance review processes
* Coordinate team meetings, training sessions, and company events
Client & Project Support
* Support with project administration and documentation
* Maintain CRM and client records
* Generate and maintain internal documentation processes
* Serve as a point of contact for client administrative queries
Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in an office management, operations, or administrative leadership role
* Experience in a small business or consultancy environment preferred
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience with accounting software (Xero) preferred
* HR experience desirable
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of discretion and professionalism
