This is a hands-on retail management role, perfect for a people-first leader who loves creating an engaging customer experience and driving sales. You'll be responsible for all aspects of store operations including:
Leading your team from the front
Delivering brilliant customer service every day
Hitting your retail KPIs and managing commercial performance
Planning rotas, managing payroll and overseeing stock integrity
Creating a store environment that's fun, fast, clean and safe
Coaching, supporting and developing your team
Bringing energy, structure and passion to the retail floor What You'll Need:
Store Manager experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
A track record of driving commercial results through great people management
Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
Visual merchandising experience is a bonus
