We’re recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Kittybrewster Retail Park, Aberdeen! You’ll play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands-on teamwork.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver excellent availability and store presentation
2. Manage deliveries efficiently and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately
3. Oversee warehouse and back-of-house operations, including stock control and safety
4. Support promotional and seasonal activities
5. Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards
6. Drive KPIs and maintain high performance throughout the team
What we’re looking for:
7. Experience managing a team in retail, hospitality, or logistics
8. Strong organisational and communication skills
9. A hands-on leader with a proactive, can-do attitude
10. Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-moving environment
11. A strong understanding of KPIs and performance targets
