Job Description
1. Promote a strong safety culture by identifying and addressing unsafe conditions or behaviors across lab and production areas.
2. Lead Quality and Laboratory Technicians in executing inspections, testing, and analytical work to meet production and customer requirements.
3. Provide hands‑on leadership through coaching, training, and setting clear performance expectations.
4. Prioritize and assign daily work to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant inspections and lab testing.
5. Oversee product conformance by reviewing inspection results and test data, escalating quality concerns when necessary.
6. Support quality system activities, including audits, calibration, change control, corrective actions, and equipment oversight.
7. Maintain team readiness by ensuring proper training, documentation integrity, cross‑training, and strong collaboration with cross‑functional groups.

The Successful Applicant
8. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical discipline required
9. 5-7 years of experience in an analytical, environmental, quality, or regulated lab environment.
10. Experience supervising or leading a technical team.
11. Strong knowledge of quality inspection methods, laboratory testing, and data integrity best practices.
12. Skilled in using laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, and titration equipment.
13. Experienced with quality and laboratory data systems, electronic records, and reporting platforms.
14. Effective communicator with the ability to interpret and present complex technical data.
15. Solid problem‑solving abilities, including root‑cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
16. Familiar with ISO and industry quality standards; IPC certification is a plus.
