Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
* Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and keeping the workspace tidy.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.
Experience
* Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence is essential.
* Familiarity with food safety practices is an advantage, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
* Basic math skills are necessary for managing transactions effectively.
