About the Role:
As an Electrical Engineer you’ll be responsible for designing and managing the implementation of electrical services in various building projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of electrical designs, from initial concepts through to final delivery.
You will work closely with Senior Engineers, Clients, and a multidisciplinary project team, making sure that all electrical systems - e.g. including lighting, power, fire detection, communications, and security systems - are tailored to meet the needs of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop designs for electrical services including lighting, power, fire detection, security, and communications systems.
* Produce schematics, layouts, and calculations based on client requirements.
* Plan and manage projects from inception to completion, complying to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
* Work alongside architects, structural engineers, QSs, to deliver top-quality building systems that meet the client’s needs.
About You:
We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer who is ambitious to develop their skills and design efficient electrical systems and within Building Services.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Amtech, and Dialox (or similar).
* Experience with BIM, IES, and lighting design would be a plus.
* Proven track record working on large-scale construction projects.
* Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration with architecture and structural engineering.
